Configure Microsoft 365 Graph application credentials for system-wide outbound mail across quotes, invoices, CRM notifications, customer portal notices, and daily digests.

Microsoft 365 Graph Requirements

This matches the tracker CRM requirements model, but it is now the shared outbound email configuration for the full MIS.

Quotes, invoices, quote requests, portal updates, and daily digests

Customer-facing from address for outbound MIS mail.

Comma- or semicolon-separated list for internal quote request notifications.

Microsoft 365 (Graph)

Application Credential Requirements

Use the same Graph app-credential model as the tracker CRM. This is app-permission mail delivery, not per-user mailbox OAuth.

`Mail.Send` application permission is required.

Exchange should scope the app to the sender mailbox entered here.

Microsoft tenant ID from the Azure app registration.

Application (client) ID for the Graph app.

Leave blank to keep the current saved secret.

Mailbox Graph sends from, for example [email protected].

Verification

Send Test Email

The MIS sends the test to the configured quote request recipients. If none are configured, it falls back to your team-member email address.

Current Recipients

No quote request recipients are configured yet. Test email will use your team-member email if one exists.

Provider Notes

  • Microsoft 365 uses Graph application credentials plus the sender mailbox.
  • Leave the client secret blank to keep the current saved value.
  • No alternate mail provider is configured in Excelsus MIS.
